Billy Ray Gibson, 60, passed away February 1, 2016, at his home. Born in Oneida, July 17, 1955, he was preceded in death by his parents, Hurstle and Lakie Lee Gibson; grandparents: Lonnie and Sarah Gibson, and Jonah and Vina Honeycutt; brothers, Willis Abbott and Preston Jeffers; sisters: Rosa Lee Lawson, Josephine Ellis, Phyllis Ann Terry, and Verna Lee Gibson; mother-in-law, Glenna Roberts; and nephew, Jeff Terry.
