Delorise Ann Adkins Roark (Pooh Bear), 67, of Oneida, passed away July 29, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carl and Della Perkins and Harvie and Sadie Adkins; nephew, Dwayne Allen Adkins, Jr; great-nephew, Jayden Allen Blevins; aunts and uncles, Raymond and Blanch Strunk, Eugene Perkins, Jack Perkins, and Carl Perkins; and cousin, Dustin Posey.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her parents, Floyd and Irene Adkins; brothers, Dwayne (Sharon) Adkins of Stearns, Ky., and David (Judy) Adkins of Winfield; aunts and uncles: Carolyn and Carroll Clark and Jerry and Judy Perkins, all of Oneida, Shirley Taylor and Morris and Ann Adkins, all of Winfield, Hillary and Georgia Adkins of Bronston, Ky., Irene Casada and Reubin Adkins, both of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Sterlin Adkins and wife, Jackie, of Colo.; nieces and nephews, Jason Adkins of Winfield, Robbie Adkins of Stearns, Ky., Stacy Marlow of Smithtown, Ky.; numerous great- nephews and nieces, special cousin, Tracey Douglas of Oneida; and special friends, Ann and Ronnie Morgan of Oneida; and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted August 2, in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Lee Strunk and Bro. Jim Strunk officiating. Graveside service was to have been conducted at 12 Noon, Wednesday, August 3, at Adkins Cemetery in the Clay Hill community-Winfield.
