Clark Lawson, 78, of Knoxville, passed away July 22, 2016.
He was of the Baptist faith and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dilmon and Della Lloyd Lawson; daughter, Sheliah Kay Lawson Hodson; six brothers, and three sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Irene Terry Lawson of Knoxville; daughter, Debbie (Rick) Davis of Oliver Springs; sons, Tim Lawson of Powell and Dewayne (Angela) Lawson of Corryton; granddaughter, Ashley Chandler; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; brothers: Voyd Lawson of Smyrna, Lloyd Lawson of Lenoir City, and Gary (Wanda) Lawson of Huntsville; sisters: Barbara Strunk and Rosa Lee Lawson, both of Huntsville, and Dixie Faye Pyles of Oak Ridge; and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted July 24, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Delph officiating. Music was provided by the Lloyd family. Interment was conducted July 25, at Hazel Valley Memorial Cemetery.
