Kelvin Lee Daugherty, 58, of Burnside, Kentucky, formerly of McCreary County, Kentucky, passed away February 16, 2016, at Pioneer Community Hospital in Oneida. Born in Strunk, Kentucky, June 19, 1957, he was preceded in death by his parents: Hobert Daugherty, Martha Daugherty Taylor, and Norman Taylor; sister, Jenny Emmaline Daugherty; and sister-in-law, Donna Daugherty. He enjoyed reading Westerns, tinkering with mechanic work, and carpentry work.
